The aftermath of the pandemic in 2020 shocked country’s economy, but at same time, desire to keep business allowed, record completely rebuild usual patterns behavior implementation processes across all sectors economy. inability go work, solve everyday issues, carry out a commodity-money exchange, allowed remote service model burst so rapidly. construction mechanism for formation work on basis electronic platforms, software products, Internet sources made it possible form single development trend - digitalization. This process is inextricably linked with Internet, digitization actions market participants. In this article, using banking sector as an example, main problems modern digital services are considered, based which directions innovation put forward, well promising areas investment substantiated.
